Outstanding performing art team refers to those who file with the city and engage in music, dance, traditional opera and modern drama and other performing arts events, and have the following conditions:

1. Those who have excellent performance experience, and local characteristics sufficient to forward to other counties and cities.
2. Those who have artistic creative potential, and at least more than two performances every year.
3. The financial balance system is sound.

Those who have one of the following qualifications may apply, but the sent application program content needs to have public welfare, education, and culture and art significance.

1. Individual: the ROC national who has reached 16 years of age, works in the performing arts with the strength of public performances.
2. Civil or academic groups, companies or legal persons: they should have qualifications to handle performing arts and register and file in the Republic of China.

Eligibility for application: the national art workers and art groups reaching 16 years of age or more are eligible as the applicants. Art organizations must state affiliated group name. The cap for a group is ten persons, and send a representative to apply.

   7. Note for purchase of tickets at convenience stores:
      1. Convenience stores only accept cash for purchase of tickets. Please go to the Family Mart convenience store, Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN, and use “multimedia information machine” set up within the stores to buy tickets.
      2. Purchase of tickets from convenience stores offer “friends of National Theater & Concert Hall”, “military, police and veterans tickets”, “student tickets”, “handicapped tickets” and “elderly over 65 years” and other types of concessionary tickets. Other special tickets will not be accepted, including ticket packages (including a movie ticket package), birthday coupons, preferential benefit from swiping credit card and others. To purchase special preferential tickets, please directly go to the various ticketing offices of National Theater & Concert Hall ticketing system to purchase / pick up tickets.
      3. Currently only “Family Mart convenience store” is open to preferential certification of the various membership card holders (for example: Friends of Godot, Friends of Ping-Fong, Friends of Performance Workshop, etc.). Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN only offer certification of Friends of National Theater & Concert Hall.
      4. “Art e Gift Vouchers” are temporarily unusable for purchase of tickets from convenience stores.
      5. After booking is completed, multimedia information machine will print “ticket voucher”. After obtaining “the ticket voucher “, please reach counter to pay cash and receive the ticket within 10 minutes.
   8. Precautions for Internet booking, and picking up tickets from convenience store
      1. If you have an Internet purchase of ticket, and want to pick up ticket from the Family Mart convenience store, Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN, please at the pick-up mode check “picking up tickets from convenience stores.”
      2. If you select to pick up ticket from the ticket counter, you will not be able to pick up ticket from the Family Mart convenience store, Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN. Go to the island-wide ticket counters of National Theater & Concert Hall to pick up ticket.
      3. If picking up tickets from convenience store, each order can book up to 8 tickets at most. If ordering more than 8 tickets, pick-up is limited only to mail or get to other distribution points for picking up the tickets.
      4. When picking up ticket from convenience store, please bring your “credit card” by which you bought ticket to Family Mart convenience store, Hi-Life, 7-ELEVEN to pick up.
      5. After first obtain “ticket voucher” from multimedia information machine, go to the counter to pick up ticket within 10 minutes.
      6. “Ticket voucher” can only print one order at one time. If you have more than two orders not taken yet, please enter your credit card number in sequence, and receive “ticket voucher” respectively, and within 10 minutes pick up the ticket at counter.
      7. Picking up ticket from convenience store, you will be charged service fee 8 dollars per ticket. The costs will be charged at checkout simultaneously. You can still reach ticketing office of National Theater & Concert Hall across Taiwan to receive ticket voucher, but service fee is non-refundable.
      8. If a program is canceled, postponed and ticket has been taken, service charge is non-refundable.
      9. After the completion of the booking, in order to avoid delays in admission time, you are advised to pick up ticket as soon as possible.
