Qualification: Citizens of KeelungCity with ID cards or household registration.Children (less than 12) to be accompanied by parents with household registration and parent¡¦s signature; disabled persons to apply by the relatives on behalf with enclosure of Disability Handbook and letter of entrustment.

The Room is well lit in a tranquil and comfortable environment with around 400 seats for readers.
Open Shelf Reading Room (Tel: 24224170 ext. 274)
The Library has a collection of around 180,000 books.Each borrower shall borrow no more than six books for the period of twenty-eight days and maximum one extension.
¡DPeriodical Room (Tel: 24224170 ext. 275)
Newspapers in Chinese and English, magazines, government communiques, and journals, etc. to read in the Room and can not be borrowed.
¡DChildren¡¦s Room (Tel: 24224170 ext. 275)
The Room has a collection of around 30,000 books.Each borrower shall borrow no more than six books for the period of twenty-eight days and maximum one extension.
In addition, activities for children are held from time to time to promote proper leisure.
¡DAudio Visual Room (Tel: 24224170 ext. 297)
Videotapes, VCD and DVD viewing at the room only (children under twelve are to be accompanied by parents).Films are played at the playing room each Saturday.
¡DReference Room (Tel: 24224170 ext. 274)
Reference consultation is available here with reference books, map collections, microfilms of newspapers, bound volumes of annual newspapers to be used at the Room only.
